Genes on Parade
New approach exploiting CRISPR-Cas9 to enable a gene edit to be made at a specific DNA site repeatedly and with high precision and efficiency. Proof-of-concept in a zebrafish model is made immediately obvious by the colour of the entire developing fish that reports the modification in the targeted gene
