Skin Reaction Control
Toxic epidermal necrolysis is a severe skin reaction to certain medications or infections, fatal in a third of cases. This study reveals that activation of molecular pathways involving interferons and STAT1 underlie the reaction and identifies JAK inhibitors as potential curative therapies
